Position: Call Center Banker
Summary of Duties: Under the Supervision of the Lobby Services Manager is responsible for answering all calls coming into the bank and assisting customers in all facets of banking services. The Call Center Banker will also perform a broad variety of customer services such as opening new checking, savings, and certificates of deposit.
Qualifications Required: Minimum skills include at least one year of job-related experience in a customer-related position.

Position: Operations Specialist/Electronic Services
Summary of Duties: Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Operations Specialist is responsible for a variety of regular and recurring moderately to highly complex operational and accounting functions to support bank operations, including but not limited to wire and ACH processing, exception item processing, EFT Error and Fraud mitigation and assisting bank staff with customer service issues.
Qualifications Required: Minimum skills include at least one year of job-related experience, a working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, and good customer service skills.
